After measuring the time t1, the contacts return to positions 2-3 and 11-10 for the time t2. The sequence of these switching is carried out cyclically.

After applying the supply voltage, the contacts remain in position 2-3 and 11-10 for time t1. After measuring the time t1, the contacts are switched to positions 2-1 and 11-12 for the time t2. After time t2, relay contacts return to positions 2-3 and 11-10. The sequence of these switching is carried out cyclically.
