Fluid level control relay PZ-832 RC

Operation
The relay maintains the level of the monitored liquid within the specified minimum and maximum limits. When the liquid level drops to the MIN level (MIN and COM electrodes open), the MIN contact switches to position 17-16 (FILL mode), whilst the MAX contact remains in position 21-22. Upon reaching the MAX level (MAX and COM electrodes closed), the MIN relay contact switches to position 17-18 (DRAINING mode), whilst the MAX contact switches to position 21-20. Alarm condition: ALMIN (DRY RUN condition) – once the liquid level drops to the ALMIN level (ALMIN and COM electrodes open), the ALMIN contact is switched to position 12-11; ALMAX (OVERFLOW condition) – upon reaching the ALMAX condition (ALMAX and COM electrodes short-circuited), the ALMAX relay contact switches to position 15-14. Each of these states – i.e. when the relevant level probe is short-circuited to the COM probe – is indicated by the corresponding LED lighting up on the front of the relay. A lit yellow MIN LED indicates the FILLING operating state. 
 

How to connect the probe
The electrode probe is connected via a cable with a maximum length of 100 m.
