Why choose the AT-1U-PT transducer?
The AT-1U-PT converts the measurement from a 3-wire PT100 sensor into an analogue voltage signal of 1–10 V.
What does this mean in practice?
- Measurement range: −100 to 600°C.
- Adjustable measurement range.
- Visual indicators for device operation and sensor status.
- A 3-core shielded cable must be used to connect the PT100.
Important: the PT100 sensor is an external component. The RT56 probe, with a range of −100 to 400°C and available separately, can be used in conjunction with it.
What do you need to know before installing the transmitter?
The transducer should be installed by a qualified electrician with appropriate certification and experience in electrical installations.
It is recommended to use high-quality power supplies with a good output voltage filtering factor to power the transducer.
Do not route signal cables, particularly the cable to the temperature sensor, in parallel with other high-current cables.
It is recommended to use a 3-core shielded cable to connect the temperature sensor. The cable shield must be connected to PE at one end.
For connecting the voltage output, it is recommended to use a 2-core shielded cable, connected at one end to the PE.
