Why choose the MB-3U-1?

The MB-3U-1 is designed for continuous voltage measurement across three channels and data exchange via RS-485 in accordance with the Modbus RTU protocol. It can measure either AC or DC voltage.

What does this mean in practice?

• The device has 3 voltage measurement channels.
• The AC voltage measurement range is 0–285 V, and the DC range is 0–400 V.
• True RMS measurement is performed.
• The sampling frequency is 10 Hz.
• The results for each channel are available via Modbus RTU.
• The measurement channels are not galvanically isolated from one another.
•  The measurement channels are galvanically isolated from the transducer’s power supply input and the RS-485 communication port. The RS-485 port is not isolated from the supply voltage.
• AC and DC voltages must not be measured simultaneously.
• Measurements of DC voltages are taken relative to a common supply point or GND.

Reset communication settings
A DIP switch is located beneath the module’s front panel.
