AT-1I-PT temperature transducer, 4–20 mA current output

Why choose the AT-1I-PT?

The AT-1I-PT measures temperature using a 3-wire PT100 platinum sensor and converts the reading into a 4–20 mA analogue current signal.

What does this mean in practice?

• The measurement range is −100 to 600°C.
• Compatible with the RT56 temperature sensor (temperature range -100 to 400°C) manufactured by F&F;
• The adjustable conversion range allows the required temperature range to be set.
• Visual indicators show the device’s operating status and the sensor’s condition.
• UTP twisted-pair cable up to 300 m in length can be used to connect the power supply and the receiver.
• A 3-core shielded cable must be used to connect the PT100 sensor.

Important: an external 3-wire PT100 sensor is required for measurement. The RT56 probe, with a range of −100 to 400°C (available separately), is compatible with the transmitter.

Installation notes

Installation of the transmitter should be carried out by an installer with the appropriate qualifications and experience in electrical installation work.
It is recommended to use high-quality power supplies with a good output voltage filtering factor to power the transmitter.
Do not route signal cables, particularly the cable to the temperature sensor, in parallel with other high-current cables.
It is recommended to use a 3-core shielded cable to connect the temperature sensor. The cable shield must be connected to the PE at one end.
It is recommended to use UTP twisted-pair cable to connect the power supply and the receiver. The maximum length of the UTP cable must not exceed 300 m.
