Operation
The WZE-3 RST indicator is an energy consumption indicator in a 3-phase, 4-wire system. It has an additional, resettable energy meter.
A special electronic circuit, under the influence of the flowing current and the applied voltage in each phase, generates pulses in an amount proportional to the electricity consumed in that phase. The sum of the pulses from the three phases, signalled by a flashing LED, is converted into the energy consumed in the entire three-phase system. Its value is indicated by a segmented LCD display. The digits after the decimal point represent hundredths of a kWh (0.01 kWh = 10 Wh).
The indicator has a 1-row LCD display that allows you to view the total energy consumption or the energy consumption since the last meter reset. The value of the resettable meter is symbolised on the indicator by displaying the [r] sign on the first segment of the display.
To switch between the display of the resettable counter and the total counter, briefly press the button on the front panel. To return to the total energy counter, briefly press the button on the front panel again.
Resetting the auxiliary counter
The device is equipped with a resettable auxiliary energy counter. To reset the counter value, go to the resettable counter reading and then press and hold the button on the front of the device for about 5 seconds. This will return the auxiliary counter to its initial setting (0000000.0) without changing the total counter reading.
