The time synchroniser is used to set and adjust the RTC clock on F&F’s MW series energy meters (LE-01MW, LE-03MW, LE-03MW-CT).
Operation
The synchroniser operates via an RS485 serial bus together with the supported meters. It synchronises the date and time with the reference meter (the date and time on the reference meter must be set before the device is installed) – synchronisation takes place once a week during the night from Saturday to Sunday between 00:11 and 00:55. The device automatically switches between summer and winter time (option available for Europe only). The synchroniser can operate in a system with a master or without a master. It operates ‘transparently’ for devices on the serial bus. During synchronisation, the device blocks communication with the master.

MB Config
The programme allows you to test-read values and configure communication and other settings.
